Barbara Marie Prignano is a New York attorney with over 37 years of experience in real estate transactions, title insurance, and estate matters. She graduated magna cum laude from Touro Law School and was admitted to practice in New York in 2001, with admission to the U.S. Supreme Court in 2015.

As former President and Counsel of Magnolia Abstract Services, Inc., Barbara has extensive experience identifying and resolving title issues, including those involving estates, liens, and ownership complications that can delay or prevent closing. Her practice focuses on guiding transactions from contract to closing, particularly when challenges arise.

Barbara also prepares wills and trusts and handles probate and administration matters. In addition, she serves as a court-rostered mediator for Surrogate’s Court and small claims matters, providing practical resolution of disputes.

She is a member of the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations and was recognized as one of Long Island’s Top 50 Women in Business.
